Adamsville Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is a licensed 125-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility nestled in a rural community known as the “Biggest Little Town in Tennessee.” The site of the notorious Battle of Shiloh, Adamsville abounds in Civil War history. Situated in a tri-state area 45 minutes from Jackson, Tennessee, Corinth, Mississippi, and Florence, Alabama, the region has a rich tradition of Southern hospitality. Friendliness continues through our center’s doors with a welcoming staff that believes smiles are an important part of each care plan.

Our center provides secured behavioral support units for mental health services and dementia care and features an interactive multi-sensory room. Additionally, private suites with en-suite baths for post-acute rehabilitation stays are offered in our remodeled skilled unit. Services available also include long-term care, comfort care, and respite stays.
